Custom Window Awnings
As part of our pre-visit service, we can make sure you have the things that you need when you arrive. Things like truly seasoned firewood, fuel for your toys, groceries and beverages, even cleaning supplies. This feature is especially popular among our international members.
With over 25 years experience as a Red Seal Carpenter, I can handle any renovation needs like window and door replacement, kitchen or bathroom upgrades. If you need more space, a new addition may be the answer. We can assist with initial assessment through completion of construction.
Thinking on freshening up the color in your cottage? Whether we are talking about walls, floors, countertops, or window coverings we use high-quality, proven products to deliver the look, feel and function you are looking for. We pride ourselves on being reliable, and always cleaning up after ourselves.
Our cleaning services are designed to allow our members to spend their time enjoying their cottage. We can provide pre and post-visit cleaning to ensure your cottage is ready when you get here and cleaned up from your visit.
We also provide a wash and fold of linens and towels.
When the cat is away the mice will play! Not so if you are a Cottage-Care Member! From mouse trap placement and monitoring to full blown pest control services, we are the only call you need to make. We can work with our pest control partners to design an annual plan to keep the pests where they belong, preserving the value of your property.
Got a nagging repair or maintenance task that needs attention? We are here to help. From hanging shelves to fixing leaky faucets, we have the skills and expertise to tackle any job, big or small.
We would be happy to take care of those annual seasonal jobs like pressure washing buildings, decks, docks, watercraft etc. Dock placement/removal, boat launching/winterizing.
With seasonal-use cottages many of our members would prefer to schedule larger, more disruptive projects until the off season. As a member you will be given priority preference when booking off season projects. We often complete entire projects while members are out of country.

If you have a plumbing need that is beyond the scope of what we can provide we will contact and arrange for our plumber to make a service call. We can even be present for the service if you prefer. Annual winterizing services are also a popular service. And as a member you will have priority response for emergency calls.
Everything from an electrical outlet not working to breaker panel upgrades we have you covered. If we are aware of an electrical issue you are having before we make our comfort visit we can assess the issue and trouble shoot the problem. Often times this saves multiple visits from the electrician, saving you time and money.
Are you wanting to extend the cottage season? Or make the inside of your cottage a bit more of a retreat from the hot summer days? Maybe a Heat Pump is just what you need. We discuss potential solutions and coordinate with HVAC technicians, or anyone else to get you the solution you need.
Seasonal cottages can be ideal structures for pests to make their home, unless there is a plan to keep them out. Depending on your location and structure it may be simple to keep them at bay. Possibly it will take more effort. Either way it is better to keep them at bay than to fix the damage they can do.
We can coordinate multiple licensed trades to complete your larger projects during the off season if you prefer. This provides our members with peace of mind, knowing there is a central person that is aligned with your wishes monitoring and coordinating project progress.

No. We are a small family business with many years of diversified experience, however when licensed trades are needed we can be your first call to coordinate the specific trade that is needed to provide the solution you need.
Our objective is to build lasting relationships where our members feel like they are receiving great value for the money they are spending. We do realize that needs and circumstances change. If your needs change and we cannot accommodate those needs we simply require written notice and you will not be responsible for any further monthly charges.
Ben has been a Red Seal Carpenter, since 2000. Before his entry into the apprenticeship program I worked in the janitorial industry eventually setting up my own business securing a variety of commercial, retail, office and residential cleaning contracts.
In our experience many members want or need different services that are available. With the extensive list of what we can provide, and wanting to make sure you are not paying for more than what you need, we tailor our membership packages to each specific need. Our most basic package starts at $148 per month with a 12 month commitment. If you only need our services for off season months we can adjust our fees for your needs.
